JUST JAZZ GUITAR
|
|
BG's CEO/President Howard Paul -- also a world-class jazz guitarist as most of you know (and how lucky for us!) -- gigs with BG Artist Chris Buzzelli at the DHRME Grand Opening June 27, 2009.
Howard performs on our newest model, an Opulent Brown AMERICANA model, for sale at DHR; Chris on his Bravo 7-string.

PIZZAZZ-ARELLI! :-)
|
|
The inimitable BUCKY PIZZARELLI will be filling in for Les Paul tonight, July 6th, at the Iridium - We wish Les a speedy recovery!
Left: The Master swings at the 2008 Miner/Benedetto Wine Release Party (soon to be part of a special new documentary by none other than Bill 'Loyal Doyle' Doyle... ;-) )
And if you missed last year's concert (and vino), Bucky (with Howard Alden and "our" Howard) will perform again August 15th at Miner Family Vineyards' Benedetto Players Concert, Napa Valley (natch).
Until then, Cheers!

DAN'S THE MAN
|
|
Dan Faehnle diggin' (while giggin'!) his new BENNY at Wolftrap recently, while performing on tour with Pink Martini.
"I really loved having the Benny on the road. The Sound was beautiful, it looked great, and I got a lot of compliments and inquiries on the guitar.
p.s. The bass player is the great Phil Baker."
Thanks, Dan! :-)

MANHATTAN IN MONTREAL
|
|
There's no doubt that our MANHATTAN model is the signature model of the Benedetto archtop line.
This particular guitar (Manhattan #S1701), finished in our very popular Autumnburst (think Autumn in New York!) was on display this past weekend at the Montreal Guitar Show.
Now on Bob's Boutique! :-)

'SS CREMONA' - our FLAGSHIP MODEL!

Our most coveted flagship model, this Cremona (#S1772) is the first Bob has made in Savannah.

THREE LITTLE WORDS
|
|
THANK YOU SAVANNAH!
Today, July 2nd, 2009, BG celebrates its 3rd Anniversary in beautiful Savannah :-)
And if it's true the Third time is the charm, then we are in for a fabulous year!
Many thanks to our great staff.
Mostly, Bob & I thank Howard Paul for his vision and never-ending enthusiasm - the best is yet to come! :-)

ALL THAT JAZZ
|
|
Bob and I both flipped over this photo of hot jazz guitarist Wesley G. of Germany. The warm colors just capture that "cool"(!) jazz lounge vibe we love...one of the reasons we do what we do. :-)
A note from Wesley: "...playing my Benedetto Bravo Deluxe during one of my Jazz Nights ("Wesley G. and Friends") in the Steinhaeuser Hof in Neustadt Weinstrasse, Germany."
Bob first met Wesley when he performed for Fender Musical Instruments at the Frankfurt Musikmesse.
We are proud to include Wesley in our Benedetto Artists (to be posted soon!)
