We had a very special visitor at the shop yesterday: the one and only Bob Benedetto! It would appear that he and Damon are scheming, but the matter of greater urgency is that Bob delivered signed copies of “Making an Archtop Guitar” which are now available in the merch section of Bob’s Boutique.

We didn’t make it to the Jazz Education Network conference this year but really enjoyed seeing pics and video from all the Benedetto players in attendance. Here is a particularly great shot of Shawn Purcell on stage with singer Darden Purcell.

All the recent winter weather makes us glad we have glowing guitars to keep us warm! This custom Bravo Deluxe in Autumnburst is heading up North where it can warm its new owner for years to come.

It’s officially the first day of winter and that means it is time for a break! Our annual winter shut down begins tomorrow, Thursday, December 22. We’ll return Tuesday, January 3rd at which time any online orders placed during that period will be processed.
