Today, July 2nd, 2009, BG celebrates its 3rd Anniversary in beautiful Savannah :-)

And if it's true the Third time is the charm, then we are in for a fabulous year!

Mostly, Bob & I thank Howard Paul for his vision and never-ending enthusiasm - the best is yet to come!  :-)

ALL THAT JAZZ

Bob and I both flipped over this photo of hot jazz guitarist Wesley G. of Germany. The warm colors just capture that "cool"(!) jazz lounge vibe we love...one of the reasons we do what we do.  :-)

A note from Wesley: "...playing my Benedetto Bravo Deluxe during one of my Jazz Nights ("Wesley G. and Friends") in the Steinhaeuser Hof in Neustadt Weinstrasse, Germany."

Bob first met Wesley when he performed for Fender Musical Instruments at the Frankfurt Musikmesse.

We are proud to include Wesley in our Benedetto Artists (to be posted soon!)

HOW SWEET IT IS!

Two of "Van Hoose Vintage Instruments" most recent Benedetto Beauties...a One-off BAMBINO flametop and a one-off BENNY cherryburst. 

Both have highly-flamed tops: The BENNY features a carved book-matched quilted maple top; the BAMBINO, a beautiful curly maple top.

These are of course available immediately, per Tom, "to our friends worldwide who admire and desire lovely instruments."

Hats off to the SOUTH Staff and especially Writer Doug Wyatt who sadly passed away yesterday...our condolences to his family. We are grateful for all the heart he put into the story.
