Jackson Evans recently sent this cool photo (with his Benedetto Bravo gig bag, walking through a street fair) and note from his new home in China:

It turns out Hangzhou is the Savannah of China. It’s a tourist town with similar weather, many bars and restaurants, streets paved with stones and brick,  old traditional houses, etc. I could go on for days listing similarities. Mag and I have very quickly found our way onto the music scene! We are playing Tuesday-Sunday, 9:00-12:30 at a Friends Jazz Bar in Hangzhou. We just started this week. It’s a high-end place  which caters to travelers (mostly Asian) and affluent locals.  Hope all is well in Savannah!

Bravo, Jackson!
