Yesterday started a very unusual sequence of events for Savannah, GA and a lot of our southern neighbors as Howard and Jackson hit the road for Dallas, narrowly escaping our first winter snowstorm in more years than anyone can count! Freezing rain followed by up to 4″ of snow ground our fair city to a halt, closing most bridges, roads, and even our airport!

The City is working to gear back up today, but as you can imagine, we are still dealing with lots of ice this morning after temperatures dropped below freezing again last night.

You can still reach us, though, by phone: 912-692-1400 or by email.
