Rick Finkelstein
Rick Finkelstein has been involved with the Pittsburgh music scene as an educator, director and performer for over 40 years. As a music teacher with the Pittsburgh Public Schools, Rick was the Music Department Chair for Schenley High School, music director for Schenley’s Gene Kelly Award Winning Musicals and the director of the Schenley High School Concert Choir. As a guitarist, Rick has performed with The Paragon’s The Jesters, The Harptones and Rock and Roll Hall of Famers, the Original Little Anthony and the Imperials. Locally, he plays with the North Suburban Big Band, Hopewell Big Band and the King’s Ambassadors Big Band. For the last several, years Rick has teamed up with singer Marti Aggazio and many other artists around the Pittsburgh area and for his monthly gig at Bistro 9101 in Pittsburgh’s North Hills.
