CALIFORNIA DREAMIN’

The La Venezia represents the pinnacle of pure acoustic archtop design, materials and craftsmanship. Every aspect of this guitar has been designed, built and tuned to present the premium tonal palette for the most discriminating player. From its hand–selected European cello woods, ebony cello–style tailpiece, and finely carved re–curve in the top and back, to its aesthetically classic design—void of binding and inlays—La Venezia’s beauty is unparalleled.

This custom model, which we just shipped to California, has a non-standard 16″ lower bout and antiqued natural finish.

BERNIE HITS A HOME RUN!

Great local coverage by WSAV during the Savannah Jazz Festival! Four-time Baseball World Series Champion and five-time All Star for the New York Yankees, Bernie Williams discovered his love for baseball and music at roughly the same time. While he was in Savannah, he stopped by the shop and added a Benny to his collection of Benedettos, which he played at the festival.

FLASHBACK FRIDAY – 2010 JAZZ FESTIVAL

2018 SAVANNAH JAZZ FESTIVAL is happening NOW! We thought it be fun to look back at the Festival’s Saturday, Sept. 25th, 2010 performance: Trumpet great Marcus Printup (17-year tenure with the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra at the time of that year’s festival) was backed by the Savannah Jazz Orchestra at historic Forsyth Park. BG’s own Howard Paul holds the Guitar Chair. (Joe Gransden also performed.)

IT’S FALL Y’ALL!

It’s fall y’all! No more perfect time to deliver an AUTUMN-burst Bravo Deluxe than now! As of last week, this 7-string custom model has taken up residence in SC. Look closely and you’ll notice the absence of the 12th fret floral inlay, and you’ll also see the mother-of-pearl logo on the headstock and “JMW” on the tailpiece.
