Hilton Head’s The Jazz Corner July 23 & 24 and the Coastal Jazz Society’s concert July 25th. (Both events with veteran jazz pianist George Mesterhazy.)
Howard hits the road again next week for a number of other events:
July 27th, Tuesday: The Merion Inn, Cape May, NJ – Howard performs with the George Mesterhazy Trio, 8 pm.
July 28th, Wednesday: Duquesne University’s Summertime Jazz – Howard performs with Bucky Pizzarelli & Joe Negri. Bucky Pizzarelli will be honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
July 29th, Thursday: Howard conducts an afternoon Benedetto Guitar Workshop for participants in Duquesne’s Summer Workshops.
August 2nd, Monday: National Guitar Workshop Jazz Summit, New Milford, CT Campus. Howard conducts an Archtop Guitar History Workshop at 4:15 pm
August 2nd, Monday: Route 7 Music hosts a Benedetto Guitar Night, 7:30 pm. Free to the public! Plenty of great guitars, music (and prices!)
