Roland Balogh with his Benedetto at the Csíki Jazz Festival 2017.
“I’ve had the pleasure of hearing and evaluating some exceptional guitarists, and one that repetitively comes to mind is Roland Balogh. I suggest for those of you who are seriously interested, to add this gentleman on your list of formidable upcoming guitarists, and watch what happens.” – Pat Martino
This new opulent brown Bravo Model has become one of our most popular guitars for the road warriors demanding a feedback resistant yet fully hollow body gigging guitar. Yet its rich chocolate finish over a responsive 16″ x 2-1/2″ laminated spruce, laminate maple back, solid maple sides and neck has also made it a showpiece.
All ebony appointments, Gotoh tuners, Benedetto A6 pickup, and elegant minimalist inlay make it super lightweight, acoustically surprising, and electrically superior. Includes hardshell case. $5,000

All of us at Benedetto Guitars join the entire jazz guitar community with great sadness in learning of the passing of guitarist Chuck Loeb. Chuck was an extraordinary player who’s remarkable career spanned several decades and many genres of jazz, including his tours and recordings with Stan Getz, Steps Ahead and FourPlay. Chuck was a good friend and generous musician, and a dedicated husband and father to his very talented musical family. He also was a loyal and dedicated artist for our friends at Sadowsky Guitar, who have lost a family member today. We will remember his music and influence for generations to come.
Well, just when we thought we were done at THREE July birthdays for our artists, Barry Greene popped up on our calendar today making it FOUR!!! Wishing Benedetto Artist/Educator Barry Greene a VERY HAPPY 29th BIRTHDAY today! 😉
“I’ve been enjoying the guitar as an instrument and its amazing artists all of my life. To me Barry Greene is just about one of the best; not only as a player, but also as a writer and a teacher. I agree with others who regard him as a world class musician.” -PAT MARTINO
We hope you have a great day, and we wish you many many more!!! Cheers!
